GOLIAT MINERALS and geologist Thomas Henricksen reveal new indications of copper, silver, gold and rare earth elements in Morocco.

GOLIAT MINERALS is developing a comprehensive program of geological exploration in different regions of Morocco, in collaboration with the American geologist Thomas Henricksen, recognized for his important contributions in the field of polymetallic deposits internationally.

During this new phase of work, carried out together with the local team of GOLIAT, areas with high potential in copper (Cu), silver (Ag), gold (Au), nickel (Ni) and rare earth elements have been identified. The most notable results come from the mines of Zenaga and Tikirt, in the Daraa-Tafilalet region, and from Akrima, in the Marrakech region.

These discoveries confirm the great mineralogical diversity of the Moroccan subsoil and consolidate GOLIAT MINERALS’ position as a key player in the exploration of strategic resources for the energy and technological transition.

Beyond the technical advances, this collaboration also includes a training and knowledge transfer program aimed at strengthening the capabilities of the local team and fostering responsible, sustainable mining that generates value for the communities.

“Returning to Morocco has allowed me to rediscover areas with extraordinary geological potential. The results obtained with GOLIAT MINERALS confirm the importance of continuing to explore with a modern and scientific approach,” said Dr. Thomas Henricksen.
