He has more than 15 years of experience in project management and leadership in the infrastructure and civil engineering sectors, and in recent years in the mining sector. He has developed recognised experience in institutional coordination, regulatory management and operational monitoring of complex projects. In addition, he has managed the institutional relations of the projects with the
public administrations, as well as the area of procurement, including tenders and relevant contracts with subcontractors and potential suppliers. Graduate in Business Management and Administration and MBA in Business Administration from the Chamber of Commerce of Granada.

Redstone Exploration Services Ltd. is a geological consultancy established in 2012 operating from Krakow, Poland, and La Laguna, Spain, with a special focus on Morocco and Spain, although it has been involved in multiple projects on several continents.
The Executive Chairman and CEO, Dr. Michal “Mike” Mlynarczyk, holds a Ph.D. from McGill University in Canada (mineral deposits) and a triple professional affiliation:
P.Geo in the Ordre des Géologues du Québec (Canada); P.Geo in the Institute of Geologists of Ireland and European Geologist associated with it; and P.Geo in the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Geólogos (ICOG) of Spain.
He has more than 28 years of international experience in various types of mineral deposits and geological terrains (Canada, Peru, Morocco, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Serbia, Mali, Niger, Laos).
With regard to Morocco, Dr. Mlynarczyk is the consultancy's lead specialist, having lived there for more than 12 years and participated in more than a hundred mining projects in the country, at different levels.
Thomas Alva Henricksen
Dr. Tom Henricksen is a geologist with more than five decades of global mineral exploration experience. He began his career in 1968 with Kennecott, participating in the discovery of the Flambeau deposit (Wisconsin). He received his PhD from Oregon State University (1974), with research on the Hercules Metals project (Idaho).
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the discovery of major deposits, including Rock Lake (Montanore, Montana), Corani and Constancia in Peru, and the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia, as well as the Zafranal and Hot Maden projects (Turkey), the latter recognised with the 2018 Colin Spence Award by Canada's AME.
He co-founded Midas Gold (now Perpetua Resources), responsible for the largest undeveloped gold and antimony deposit in the United States. Since 2022, he has been advising Hercules Metals, where his team discovered the Leviathan copper porphyry (Idaho).
He is currently leading gold exploration projects in Morocco, Uganda, Europe and Africa.
El Housseine Kouari
A graduate in Moroccan Mineral Resources and Mine Valorisation from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, he has more than 12 years of experience in the Moroccan mining sector. Throughout his career, he has developed a solid experience in prospecting, exploration and management of mining projects, as well as an excellent command of the Moroccan mining legal and regulatory framework.
His experience includes active participation in the identification, evaluation and assessment of various mineral deposits in different regions of the country. He has consolidated competences in obtaining, managing and complying with mining permits and authorisations, as well as in coordinating with the
competent technical and administrative authorities.

Abdeljalil Ait Mbark
He has more than nine years of experience in the mining sector, with recognised expertise in exploration and exploitation project management. He has supervised numerous mining operations in Morocco, including the copper and gold deposits of Lalla Aziza, the manganese deposits of Amerzgan, and the copper and silver deposits of Tazelaft, as well as several exploration and exploitation projects in all regions of the Kingdom of Morocco.
A graduate in Applied Geology from the Semlalia Faculty of Sciences in Marrakech, he is distinguished by his scientific rigour and his holistic approach to mining development, combining technical performance, safety and respect for environmental standards.
Abderrahmane Ouchkar
Abderrahmane Ouchkar has more than seven years of experience in the field of geology and mining exploration, acquired through several projects related to copper, potash, manganese, barite and phosphates. He holds a master's degree in geology and is a doctoral candidate at the Mohammed V University in Rabat, where he is conducting doctoral research on the structural study of the High Atlas.
Prior to joining Goliath Minerals, he was involved in a number of exploration and geological evaluation programmes, notably the Potash Khemisset and Louta - OCP projects, as well as several exploration campaigns nationwide.
Within Goliat Minerals, he contributes to the planning and execution of exploration campaigns, geological and geochemical analysis, the drafting of technical reports and the monitoring of mining permits. He has a strong interest in the valorisation of geological and mining heritage.
Jamila Chkirih
Jamila Chkirih is a geologist specialising in geological and geotechnical studies. With a degree in geology, she has more than four years of experience gained in various consulting firms and companies in the sector.
She currently holds the position of Lead Research Geologist at Goliat Minerals, where she is actively involved in the implementation and monitoring of projects related to subsurface exploration, geotechnical characterisation of soils and natural resource assessment.
